Every property is different. Larger vacant lots, acreage, multiple structures, challenging terrain and properties outside our core service area may require a customized plan. We'll work with you to establish the areas to be observed, visit frequency and reporting requirements before providing a clear monthly quote.
Request a Custom Property QuotePublished monthly rates are introductory starting prices for eligible properties up to 1 acre within our core service area, with normal vehicle access and a defined visual observation scope. Larger properties, additional structures, difficult access, extended visit times and travel outside our standard service area may require custom pricing. All rates and services are confirmed in writing before enrollment.

Third-party service providers operate independently. Property owners contract and pay providers directly and are responsible for independently verifying qualifications, licensing and insurance. Paradise Property Care Hawaii does not perform, supervise or guarantee third-party work.

About us
Built From Personal Experience. Rooted in Paradise.
Paradise Property Care Hawaii began with a simple realization: we needed this very service ourselves.
For several years, we've owned property in Hawaiian Paradise Park on Hawaii's beautiful Big Island. Like so many property owners who live elsewhere, we experienced firsthand the challenges of keeping an eye on our land from thousands of miles away.
Between the rapid growth of tropical vegetation, changing weather conditions, property upkeep and the difficulty of finding reliable local help, we understood how valuable it would be to have someone nearby who could simply check on our property, document what they saw and help us stay connected.
That experience inspired us to create Paradise Property Care Hawaii.
Our vision is simple: provide property owners with dependable visual check-ins, clear communication and a convenient connection to local service providers when additional work is needed.
Whether you own a vacation home, an investment property or an undeveloped lot, we want you to feel more connected to your piece of paradise, wherever you happen to be.

What if my property is larger than one acre?+
We can accommodate many larger properties, including multi-acre vacant lots. Pricing depends on the size of the area to be observed, accessibility, terrain, location and visit frequency. We'll discuss your property and provide a personalized quote before service begins.
Are there additional travel fees?+
Properties within our core service area are generally covered by our standard pricing. Locations requiring extended travel may have a service-area adjustment, which will always be disclosed and agreed upon before enrollment.
When will services begin?+
We are preparing for local operations in early 2027 and are accepting early inquiries now.
Is this a home inspection?+
No. Our visits are exterior visual observations only. They are not technical or licensed inspections, and we do not perform repairs.
Do you provide emergency response or security patrols?+
No. We do not offer emergency response, security patrol or property management services.
Can you arrange repairs?+
If you'd like, we can help coordinate with appropriately licensed third-party providers. Any work is between you and that provider.
Can you guarantee my property won't be damaged?+
No service can guarantee that. Our goal is to help you stay informed with regular, documented observations.
Is my area covered?+
We focus on Hawaiian Paradise Park, Keaau, Pahoa and nearby East Hawaii communities. Coverage is confirmed during your consultation.
